Our services are provided in a private wax room within the salon for your comfort and convenience. We are a team of two Estheticians who are highly experienced in full body waxing and eyebrow tinting. It is our mission to provide an upscale experience that is efficient and thorough. We use high quality products aimed towards client comfort and long lasting results. It is our mission to provide the best overall experience for our clientele. *** Although we welcome clients of all genders, for client comfort and provider scope, intimate waxing services are offered exclusively to female clients. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
Late Arrivals
Please contact us as soon as possible if you know you will be late to your appointment.
- If you are 10 minutes or more late, we will determine whether we can still accommodate your service within the remaining appointment time.
- Depending on the service and our availability, your appointment may need to be adjusted, moved to another available time, or rescheduled.
- Arriving late may result in us not being able to complete all booked services to avoid delaying other clients.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so through our online booking system or contact us as soon as possible.
- We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, and exceptions may be made at our discretion.
No-Shows
A no-show is considered an appointment where you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us beforehand to cancel or reschedule.
- No-shows will be charged a 25% fee based on the scheduled service price.
- The fee must be paid before booking another appointment with Pathos Esthetics.
- No-shows may result in additional booking restrictions.
